We are living in unprecedented and stressful times. It is more important than ever to care for ourselves, our loved ones, and prioritize mental health. In order to comply with national and local guidelines, I will be providing all therapy services via phone or video call.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to be heard and feel supported through life’s ups and downs. Life changes, unresolved past events, and worries about the future can pile up and begin to cause distress in daily life.
I believe in the healing power of laughter and strive to create a safe space for my clients where they are comfortable, safe, and able to be their authentic selves. By fostering a strong and collaborative relationship, clients are able to explore and learn emotional regulation, coping, and communication skills and strategies.
I firmly believe that all individuals have the power and answers within themselves to thrive and excel. I take a strengths-based approach in order to identify your personal and family strengths to help you achieve your identified goals. Because every person is unique, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities based on individual needs. This could range from examining the impact your past experiences have had on your current patterns of behavior through psychotherapy to utilizing solution-focused therapy to problem solve for a specific goal.
